Watch that insert en clear works fine in the beginning. When checkbox Comment is 'false' and later 'true' again the textarea is not shown correctly (always empty), but Title of Section (which is in color red if xff:non-blank(//Comments) ) gives that textarea is not empty.

A close and open of the section gives the correct display of the textarea.
